Bonnie at Twenty Three Weeks

This week we had you weighed.  In one month you have put on 2lb 4oz!! You now weigh exactly 13lb and you have shot from the tiny 0.4th centile to the 9th! Mama and Dadda are very proud.

You also had your first taste of food - we tried you with a bit of carrot puree which you quite enjoyed but couldn't really swallow. You enjoyed a bit of baby rice though.

You are rolling again!

Bonnie at Twenty Two Weeks

This week you turned 5 months!

You are continuing with your talking - lots of new noises and babbling!

Bonnie at Twenty One Weeks (5 Months Old)

This week you stopped rolling.  Instead you are concentrating on developing your voice - mainly piercing and continuous shrieking! We didn't make it out for New Year's Eve but had lunch in a nice pub on New Year's Day to celebrate.  You shrieked all the way through.

We didn't manage many good pictures this week, but this one captures your screen habit - like Father like Daughter! New Year's Resolution is to limit screen time!

Auntie Sarah came up to see you this week. You wailed a bit less than last time!

Bonnie at Twenty Weeks

First Christmas!  We enjoyed ourselves down at Grandad Steve's and didn't let the stormy weather dampen our spirits.

Nanna and Poppy joined us on Facetime....

They bought you a Bumbo so you can now sit up and explore.

You enjoyed playing with your Squirtin' Sea Buddies - they are great fun in the bath too!

You also found your thumb this week and giggled for Dadda for the first time - blowing Zerberts (as he calls them) on your tummy.

Bonnie at Nineteen Weeks

This week you started to quiver with excitement when food approaches!

We also took you up to London on the train for the first time, you were very good!  We enjoyed a Christmas meal with friends on the Southbank and pottered in the Christmas markets afterwards.

Bonnie at Eighteen Weeks

You rested this week - no big developments!  We had a Christmas meal with Mama's friends, but you were shy.  Not liking lots of noise and new faces at the moment.

We also put our Christmas decorations up.  Mama is very excited about your first Christmas - even though you won't remember it!

Bonnie at Seventeen Weeks (4 Months Old)

This was another week of big developments.  First, you rolled from your front to your back! You don't enjoy being on your front very much and now you can escape Tummy Time.

You can hold your bottle now too! (Mama is still breast feeding but we are continuing to top you up as you are still tiny for your age.)

Your sleep is still mainly good - sometimes you wake around 4am for a night feed, but often you sleep through until 7am.
